Organizational Intelligence or Time Management are important concepts that help us organize our days better and accomplish our tasks more efficiently. This means learning to use our time intelligently to do everything we have to do and also enjoy our favorite activities.

Time management helps us find a balance between all these things and not feel overwhelmed.

We can create "to-do lists", prioritize the most important or urgent tasks, and plan the time to devote to each activity.

And it's also about being aware of distractions and finding ways to avoid them; social media, colleagues or television can take up a lot of time without us realising it...
