Conflict Management

Our learning program is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and tools needed to manage conflict effectively. It aims to help and understand the sources of conflict, recognize the different types of conflict and develop strategies to resolve them constructively.

We cover various aspects, such as effective communication, problem solving, negotiation, mediation and emotion management.

We will identify early warning signs of conflict, prevent their escalation and promote mutually beneficial solutions.

Conflict management training can be useful in a variety of settings, including work, education, family, and community settings. It can be for managers, work teams, teachers, parents, mediators, or anyone who wants to improve their ability to manage conflict in a positive way.
