To Unite and Facilitate, we first need to know ourselves in order to better understand those around us.

We also have an interest in asking ourselves questions about the criteria for delegating a goal or a task.

At the end of the 3 proposed modules, we will have:

• Discover our personality profile with the behaviors associated with it

• Choose the managerial role to take on and which hat to wear

• Acquired the means to manage a conflict

• Spotted a way to get as many people as possible to agree to an objective.
